Join the PTA

Below you will find information on how to join Eagle View's PTA. When you join, you automatically become a member of the state and national PTAs.

How to Join

To join the PTA, simply:

  1. Fill out the membership form (pdf) (membership forms are also available in Arabic, Chinese, Farsi, Korean, Spanish, Urdu, and Vietnamese (pdf)
  2. Send the form and your yearly dues payment to your child's classroom teacher in a sealed envelope marked "PTA."

Yearly Dues

Yearly dues for PTA members are:

  • $15.00 for a family membership (2 adults)
  • $10.00 for an individual membership (1 adult)
  • $5.00 for a teacher membership.

You can pay with cash or by check made payable to "EVES PTA."

Renewing Your Membership

Membership in the PTA must be renewed each year. To renew your membership, please submit a new membership form along with your yearly dues at the beginning of the school year, following the instructions for above.
