The deadline for turning in your form(s) was May 23.
If you ordered school supplies, we will have them waiting for you at the
Eagle View Open House (Thursday, August 28, 2008, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
All items will be quality products provided in cooperation with Staples. This program is a service to our parents and only a very minimal fundraiser for the PTA! If you have questions, please email Maria Chungunco at

 School Directories
Complimentary School Directories for current members of the PTA were sent out in the Wednesday envelopes on 11/14/07.
If you are a PTA member and have not received your free copy, please contact Kama Storie at Storie@cox.net.
Additional directories can be purchased by all Eagle View ES parents/guardians at $5.00 each.
Please send your payment - cash or check (made out to Eagle View Elementary PTA) - to school with your child in an envelope.
Label the envelope as follows:

Name of teacher
A directory will be delivered to you via the teacher within a week.
